How We Work
Send Us LOI
We require receiving a Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) Letter of Intent from the buyer or his agent on his letterhead specifying the amount needed, the specification required, and the port of delivery.
Sign SPA
We will match the required specification and confirm the ability to deliver the requested quantity. We exchange signing Sale and Purchase Agreement.
Scheduled Delivery Starts
Either concurrent or sequential to signing of the SPA, a delivery schedule is completed and agreed upon. Delivery starts in accordance with the SPA.
