Procedure:
Buyer sends his request including desired quantity and the seller will respond with FCO that include the current price.
- The Buyer signs and seal the FCO and sends it back to this office. Within 2 banking days, Buyer issues ICPO on his stationery including Bank details.
- Seller issues Draft Contract to the Buyer
- The Buyer sends amended draft contract, signed and sealed to the Seller
- The Seller prepares the hard copies of the contract and send them to the Buyer.
- Upon receiving the signed Contract from the Buyer, Seller will sign, seal and send immediately to Buyer via facsimile or e-mail. At the same time, 1 hard copy will be forwarded to Buyer’s nominated address via courier or registered post.
- Within 48 hrs of signing the contract, Buyer wire-transfer the down payment to the seller’s selected bank and provides Non-Operative DLC to the seller.
- Contract is closed. The shipment starts according to the delivery schedule.
